Only Bluegrass!!!!!

Thanksgiving in Bahrain looks like this:

meetings and interviews all day
a Turkey to go (from we don't know where just yet)
maybe cranberry sauce if we can find some in a can
only bluegrass playing in the office

Members coming to the office by 8 PM to experience some US culture. No time to prepare for dinner. A Hatian and a Lebanese American running the show. No beer.

We're doing a great job.

I love you Lyna. I'm sure it was a fun attempt. I'm going to do a late celebration with the MC this Thursday. I got into the holiday spirit of giving thanks while in Colorado and I wanted to share the tradition :-)

Viva la mini Turkey! Had a great night, a) I have never celebrated Thanksgiving before, b) I have never laughed so hard when thinking through our people's attempt to mash all 'outside' celebrations into one... particular one that was in no way religious. Long live the Christmas cake for Thanksgiving, me thinks they have started a fantastic tradition.

see you when you move in... or everyday in the office for like 10 hours a day... whichever comes first.
